My Love for Melissa

My first encounter with Melissa shoes was when I saw its collaboration with Vivienne Westwood online.  At that time, I really wanted to have one but the price was really outrageous.  As a shopper, I really try not to buy things which are regular priced.  I always look out for the best deals that I can get.  Thank heavens for Rustan's Red Tag for I can buy Melissa shoes at a discounted price!

My Melissa Shoes

My earlier purchases consisted of these two: Little Prince design and an Oriental design.  I am super happy with these two, especially with the Little Prince design, because I am a fan of all that is related to Little Prince!  I love how they designed it with the litte prince and his rose.

To veer away from the usual jelly-feel that is usually associated with Melissa shoes, I bought this black velvet-y pair with circular heels.  The uncommon heels add a very unique and quirky touch to the shoes which I like.

One of the reasons why I wanted to own a pair of Melissa shoes is its collaboration with designer Vivienne Westwood.   Finally,  I got the chance to buy my first pair at the Off the Rack Sale in World Trade Center Tent last weekend.  It was a really good buy since I bought it at a discounted price.

What I like most about Melissa shoes is that it is very easy to clean and it smells like candy all the time!  My next target is Melissa x Jason Wu but I haven't seen a pair that's on sale.  Oh well, patience is a virtue.  Praying for it to go on sale. :)

Melissa shoes are available in Trinoma, Alabang Town Center, Mall of Asia and Rustan's.
